#Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using a one-time code sent to your WhatsApp.

#Step 1 — Request an OTP

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password?
2. Enter the phone number linked to your account — the +856 prefix is fixed. Type your 10-digit number starting with 20.
3. Tap Send OTP via WhatsApp.
4. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your WhatsApp on that number.

Note: The OTP is delivered via WhatsApp, not SMS. Make sure WhatsApp is installed and active on the phone linked to your account.

#Step 2 — Enter the OTP

1. Open WhatsApp and find the message from DongDok POS.
2. Enter the 6-digit OTP in the verification field.
3. Tap Verify — if correct, you will be redirected to the Reset Password page to set a new password.

Tap the back button to return to Step 1 and re-enter your phone number or request a new OTP.
