What Are Modifiers?
Modifiers let customers customize a product when placing an order — for example, choosing a sweetness level, ice amount, or toppings. You first create a modifier group (e.g. “Sweetness”), then add options to it (e.g. Less Sweet, Normal, Extra Sweet).
After creating a group, you assign it to one or more products from the product edit page.
Create a Modifier Group
- Go to Products → Modifiers.
- Tap + Add Modifier Group.
- Fill in the group details:

| Group Name | Yes | The name of the modifier group (e.g. “Sweetness”, “Ice Level”) |
| Min Selectable | No | Minimum number of options the customer must choose. Default: 0 (optional) |
| Max Selectable | No | Maximum number of options the customer can choose. Default: 1 |
| Sort Order | No | Controls the display order when multiple groups are shown. Default: 0 |
- Tap Create.
- You are redirected to the group’s edit page where you can add options.
Note: After creating the group, add at least one option before assigning the group to a product.
