#Edit a Product

#Edit Product Details

1. Go to Products
2. Tap the product row you want to edit
3. Update any fields (Image, Name, SKU, Category, Description, Buy Price, Price, Stock)
4. Tap Save

#Delete a Product

1. Open the product by tapping its row in the Products list
2. Tap the Delete button at the top-right of the screen
3. Confirm deletion in the dialog that appears

Deleted products will no longer appear in the sales screen. Historical order data that included the product is not affected.

#Manage Variants

Variants let you offer a product in multiple options (e.g. sizes S / M / L) each with its own price and stock.

Add a variant:

1. Scroll to the Variants section on the edit page
2. Tap + Add Variant
3. Fill in the inline form:
   • Name (required)
   • SKU (required)
   • Price (required, decimals allowed)
   • Buy Price (optional)
   • Stock (optional, defaults to 0)
4. Save the variant

Delete a variant:

1. Tap the variant you want to remove
2. Confirm deletion in the dialog that appears

#Manage Modifier Groups

Modifier groups let customers customize a product at the point of sale (e.g. sweetness level, toppings, add-ons). You create modifier groups separately and then assign them to products here.

Assign a modifier group:

1. Scroll to the Modifier Groups section on the edit page
2. Use the dropdown to select a group (already-assigned groups are filtered out)
3. Tap Assign

Remove a modifier group:

1. Find the group in the Modifier Groups section
2. Tap the Remove button (shown in red)
3. Confirm removal in the dialog that appears

If no modifier groups have been created yet, the dropdown will be empty. Create modifier groups first from the Modifiers section of the app.
