Order History

#Overview

Order history lets you review every past order, find specific transactions, and track statuses. All order data is recorded automatically.

#Accessing Order History

1. Open the main menu
2. Select Orders
3. All orders are listed, sorted newest to oldest

#What Is Displayed

Each order shows:

• Number — Sequential order number
• Date and time — When the order was created
• Total — Full amount including tax
• Payment method — Cash, transfer, or QR
• Status — Pending, completed, or cancelled

#Search and Filter

#Search

Use the search box to find orders by:

• Order number
• Product name included in the order

#Filter by Date

1. Tap the filter icon
2. Select the date range you want
3. The list updates immediately

#Filter by Status

Choose a status to narrow the list:

• All — Show every order
• Pending — Orders not yet processed
• Completed — Paid orders
• Cancelled — Cancelled orders

#Filter by Payment Method

Filter by: Cash, Bank Transfer, or QR Payment.

#Viewing Order Details

Tap any order to see its full details:

• Line items — Every product, quantity, and price
• Modifiers applied — Any customizations chosen
• Breakdown — Subtotal, tax, and total
• Payment info — Method, amount received, and change (if cash)
• Notes — Any remarks added at the time of payment

#Reprint a Receipt

You can reprint a receipt at any time:

1. Open the order you want
2. Tap Print Receipt
3. Make sure your Bluetooth printer is connected
