Table Ordering

#Overview

The Table Service feature is designed for cafés and restaurants that need to manage orders by table. You can handle multiple tables at once and add items to any table at any time.

Note: Table service is only available for Café and Restaurant business types. If you use Retail or Street Stall, this feature will not appear. You can change your business type in Store Settings.

#Setting Up Tables

Before using table service, create your tables in settings:

1. Go to Settings → Tables
2. Tap Add Table
3. Enter a table name (e.g. Table 1, Table A, VIP Room)
4. Save

#Starting a Table Order

1. On the home screen, select Tables
2. You’ll see all your tables — white/empty means available, coloured means occupied
3. Tap the table you want
4. Select New Order
5. Add products to that table’s order

#Adding Items to a Table

Customers can order more items at any time:

1. Tap the occupied table
2. Select the active order
3. Tap Add Items
4. Choose the new products
5. Items are added to the existing order

#Moving a Table

To move a customer to a different table:

1. Open the table’s order
2. Select Move Table
3. Choose the new table
4. Confirm — all items move to the new table

#Checkout and Close Table

1. Tap the table you want to close
2. Review all items
3. Tap Checkout
4. Choose a payment method
5. Confirm — the table returns to available status automatically

#Multiple Orders Per Table

A single table can have multiple orders (e.g. first round and second round). You can:

• Merge them into one receipt
• Pay separately per round
