How to add your bank QR code for accepting digital payments in Dongdok App

Overview

Bank QR lets you accept digital payments quickly and easily. Customers scan your QR Code with their banking app and transfer instantly.

Before You Start

You need:

  • A QR Code from your bank (usually downloadable from your banking app)
  • The QR Code image saved on your phone

Adding a Bank QR

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Bank QR
  2. Tap Add QR
  3. Enter the bank name (e.g. BCEL, LDB, JDB)
  4. Upload the QR Code image from your phone
  5. Save

Adding Multiple Banks

You can add QR codes from multiple banks. During checkout, the system will let you choose which bank to display, or show all QR codes at once.

Example:

  • BCEL One QR
  • JDB Pay QR
  • BIC Lao QR

Usage During Checkout

When a customer wants to pay with QR:

  1. Select QR Payment on the payment screen
  2. Choose the bank (if you have multiple)
  3. The QR Code displays on screen
  4. The customer scans and pays
  5. Verify receipt in your banking app, then tap Confirm

Editing or Deleting a QR

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Bank QR
  2. Tap the QR you want
  3. Select Edit or Delete

Note: If you change your account number or receive a new QR Code from your bank, update it here immediately.
