Printer Setup

#Overview

Dongdok App supports Bluetooth thermal printers for printing receipts. You can print immediately after checkout or reprint any past receipt from order history.

#Supported Printers

Dongdok App works with standard Bluetooth thermal printers that support ESC/POS, including:

• EPSON TM series
• CITIZEN CT series
• XPRINTER series
• Most generic Bluetooth thermal printers

#Connecting a Printer

#Step 1 — Pair via Bluetooth

1. Power on the printer
2. Open Bluetooth Settings on Android
3. Scan for devices
4. Tap the printer name and pair

#Step 2 — Select in the App

1. Go to Settings → Print Setting
2. Tap Select Printer
3. Choose your printer from the list
4. Tap Test Print to verify it works
5. Save

#Receipt Configuration

In Settings → Print Setting you can set:

• Store name — Displayed in the receipt header
• Phone number — Displayed below the store name
• Footer text — Message at the bottom (e.g. “Thank you for your visit!”)
• Paper size — 58mm or 80mm to match your printer

#Printing Receipts

#Print immediately after checkout

On the order confirmation screen, select Print Receipt. If the printer is connected, the receipt prints immediately.

#Reprint from order history

1. Go to Orders
2. Open the order you want
3. Tap Print Receipt

#Troubleshooting

#Printer not showing in the list

• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
• Make sure the printer is already paired in Android Bluetooth settings
• Try turning the printer off and on again

#Text prints incorrectly

• Check that the paper size setting matches your printer (58mm or 80mm)

#Connection drops

• Keep the phone and printer within 10 metres of each other
• Avoid interference from other Bluetooth devices nearby
